Book YEYOmovement for your private, school, or corporate event! We teach Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Mindful Movement through a body-responsive approach that honors the reality that every body moves differently. Some days your body needs challenge. Some days it needs restoration. Our classes are designed to support both. Through guided modalities and modifications, students are encouraged to move in ways that feel supportive, sustainable, and strong for their individual bodies. This is movement that meets you where you are.

VIN YIN:  75 minute Vinyasa and Yin YOGA fusion.

CORE CONNECTION:  50 minute Classical MAT PILATES based fitness class with props.
SOFT STRENGTH: 60 minute A fusion of classical MAT PILATES and vinyasa YOGA. 
BARRE BALANCE: 50 minute Full body sculpt BARRE class. 

RHYTHMS IN MEDITATION: 60 minute Vinyasa YOGA flow. 
PROPRIOCEPTION PLAY: 30-60 minutes of balance + breath games, designed with kiddos in mind.
